Private colleges discount management diploma to beat 5 October cancellation

Private colleges are discounting fees and offering free certificates of enrolment and same-day offer letters to pull students into the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) before its 5 October cancellation. One college promised agents 'attractive' commissions for special 21 September and 2 October intakes. Not exactly admissions as usual.
