Private colleges are discounting fees, offering free enrolment certificates and same-day offers to fill the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) — a management course — before it ends 5 October. One college promised agents 'attractive' commissions for 21 September and 2 October intakes. Not usual admissions.
