Labour to argue for capital gains tax in election campaign

Labour hopes to convince voters it is time for a capital gains tax, campaign chair Kieran McAnulty told RNZ's Focus on Politics. RNZ reported MPs have left Parliament for the campaign trail ahead of the 7 November general election.
