New Zealand Principals' Federation president Jason Miles says Education Minister Erica Stanford 'exploited the convention to use the global stage to promote her party policies' at the International Confederation of Principals Convention. He says the slot was a 5-10 minute opening. The federation called the speech embarrassing and disrespectful.
