NYC Council Member and Congressional Candidate Arrested at Anti-Netanyahu Protest

New York City council member Chi Ossé and Democratic congressional candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier were arrested Thursday near the United Nations during a protest against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ahead of his General Assembly address. Police said demonstrators blocked an intersection and were taken into custody after warnings to leave.
