NYC Council Member, Congressional Candidate Arrested at Netanyahu Protest

New York City Council member Chi Ossé and Democratic congressional candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier were arrested Thursday near the United Nations at a protest against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu before his speech to the General Assembly, the U.N.'s gathering of all member states. Police say protesters blocked an intersection and stayed after warnings to leave.
