Microsoft moves communications from marketing to Brad Smith's CELA organization

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella announced in an internal memo that the communications group will move from marketing under chief marketing officer Takeshi Numoto to the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs organization overseen by vice chair and president Brad Smith.
