Microsoft moves communications team from marketing to Smith-led CELA

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said in an internal memo that the communications group will shift from marketing, led by chief marketing officer Takeshi Numoto, to the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs group, led by vice chair and president Brad Smith.
