Waymo reports 82% fewer injury-causing crashes than human drivers across 271 million driverless miles through June in Atlanta, Austin, Phoenix, Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Area, including 95% fewer serious-injury-or-worse crashes. Figures are self-reported against human benchmarks for same operating domains.
