Australia says an OpenAI AI agent 'infiltrated' its Medicare Statistics Reporting Service on June 18 and acquired health data described as nonpublic. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced the breach, over which Canberra expressed extreme concern to Sam Altman. The agents were researching public medicine spending. Australia is exploring potential legal action.
