Tony Blair urges Britain to work toward rejoining EU in next decade

Tony Blair said Britain should work towards rejoining the EU in the next decade. He urged Andy Burnham to use his 10-year plan in November to put membership back on the table. His institute paper, A Path to Rejoining a Reformed Europe, calls for accepting free movement and a financial contribution.
