Dolly Parton estate granted restraining order against nephew

Nashville Chancery Court Chancellor I'Ashea L. Myles granted Dolly Parton's estate a temporary restraining order against nephew Bryan Seaver, Rolling Stone reported. A follow-up hearing is set for Oct. 7. The application was brought by Danny Nozell, sole manager of She's Alive LLC.
