Tony Blair Says Britain Should Rejoin the European Union

Tony Blair says Britain should plan to rejoin the EU within ten years. He wants Andy Burnham to include membership in his 10-year plan in November. His institute paper, A Path to Rejoining a Reformed Europe, says that means allowing free movement, letting people live and work anywhere in the European group, and paying a fee like club dues.
