Ottawa reviewing plan to sell Trans Mountain pipeline

Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne said Sept. 22 Ottawa is reviewing how to sell the federally owned Trans Mountain pipeline. He said government plans to "modernize our approach to public assets." He would not say whether Ottawa will sell or keep pipeline. Spokesperson John Fragos says long-term plan remains sale.
