Ottawa reviewing Trans Mountain sale plan

Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne said Sept. 22 Ottawa is reviewing how to sell Trans Mountain, the federally owned pipeline. He said the government plans to 'modernize our approach to public assets.' He would not say whether Ottawa will sell or keep it. Spokesperson John Fragos says the long-term plan remains a sale.
