DoorDash to Pay $131.5 Million in NYC Wage Settlement

DoorDash will pay $131.5 million to resolve New York City enforcement action over minimum-wage and delivery-worker protection violations. More than $115 million goes to approximately 264,000 workers, calculated at about 200% of underpayment. The case followed worker reports of late or missing trip pay investigated by the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection.
