Noble Carbon smart breaker fits EV chargers into full panels without upgrade

Pittsfield startup Noble Carbon has developed smart circuit breakers that dynamically adjust power to EV chargers in real time, fitting at-capacity panels without a main panel upgrade. The breakers install in existing slots in under five minutes, according to the company. The product is undergoing evaluation for UL certification.
