Nexstrom raises $12M seed to bring 2D semiconductors into chip fabs

Singapore-based Nexstrom raised a $12 million seed round from Xora, Foothill Ventures and SEEDS, bringing total funding to $15 million. Incubated by Xora Innovation, the startup builds equipment and processes for manufacturing transition-metal dichalcogenides directly on chip wafers for foundry integration.
