Lib Dems propose big tech levy for £250m online crime agency

The Guardian said on 20 September the Liberal Democrats propose a levy on big tech to pay for a £250m online crime agency. The Guardian said the party confirmed the plan on 21 September ahead of its Autumn Conference in Brighton on 19-22 September.
