Lib Dems want tech firms to pay for £250m online crime team

The Guardian said on 20 September the Liberal Democrats, a political party, would charge technology companies a fee to pay for a £250m team to fight crime online. The Guardian said the party confirmed the idea on 21 September ahead of its meeting in Brighton on 19-22 September.
