Paramount settles with states, expects WBD deal to close within two weeks

Paramount reached a deal with California and other states on September 21 over its Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition, Reuters reported. The settlement of the case brought by 12 state attorneys general dissolves the July 24 “No-Close Order”, Reuters reported. Deadline reported the deal is expected to close within two weeks of the settlement.
