Luxon rules out passing Modern Slavery Bill before election

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon says there will not be time to pass the Modern Slavery Bill before the election. He says National would return it to the order paper if re-elected. RNZ reported the bill still requires its committee stage and second and third readings.
