Carney government introduces Building Canada Strong Act

Mark Carney's government introduced the Building Canada Strong Act as MPs returned from summer break on Sept. 21. The bill aims to reduce labour disruptions in federally regulated sectors and speed major-project approvals. Labour relations and project approvals normally move separately, with distinct federal-provincial roles.
