Tropical Storm Bertha Takes Aim at Texas After Louisiana Strike

Tropical Storm Bertha, which hit Louisiana on July 22, is heading west toward the upper Texas coast. The National Hurricane Center expects a second landfall on the evening of July 23 before the storm dissipates overnight. Sustained winds are near 45 mph.
