Original Practical Magic child actress Artrip tells fans to stop attacking sequel's recast stars

Alexandra Artrip, who played Antonia in the 1998 film Practical Magic and is now retired from acting, posted an Instagram video asking fans not to direct negativity at Maisie Williams and Joey King, cast as the Owens daughters in Practical Magic 2. Artrip called them "lovely actresses" and said the production team did what it thought best, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
