McCormick to Secondary-List Unilever Foods Merger Entity on LSE

McCormick said July 23, 2026 that the company formed by its Unilever Foods merger will add a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange alongside its primary NYSE listing. A secondary listing lets investors trade shares on a second exchange without changing the main one. Expected at deal closing, targeted mid-2027, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
