McCormick's Unilever Foods Merger to Also Trade in London

McCormick confirmed July 23, 2026 that the company created by its Unilever Foods merger will be available for trading on the London Stock Exchange in addition to its main listing in New York. Think of it as one stock on two shelves. Expected at deal closing, targeted mid-2027, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
