LIV Golf confirms plan to wind down after Saudi fund withdraws support
LIV has confirmed it intends to wind down operations after Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund withdrew its financial support. Potential investors have pulled out of a deal to back a successor, LIV 2.0. Former world number one Lee Westwood calls himself "unemployed" and has not committed. LIV golfers have until 16 November to reapply for DP World Tour membership.
