Three songwriters ask US judge to dismiss copyright suit over BTS's "Swim"

Three songwriters asked a US judge on Nov. 4 to dismiss in its entirety their copyright lawsuit over BTS's "Swim", which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The suit alleges the song copied the accusers' unpublished demo; the claims are unproven. Defendants include HYBE and Ryan Tedder. BTS is not named. The judge has not ruled.
