Sam Altman told Vanity Fair that he waved at Andrew Garfield while filming outside his San Francisco home, and that Garfield "did walk like me." Garfield told GQ he never waved at Altman and has never had any interaction with him. He said the crew were told Altman was not home. Deadline reported both accounts.
