UK Court of Appeal Rules Ban on Palestine Action Lawful

On 15 June 2026, the Court of Appeal ruled the UK ban on Palestine Action lawful. The group is listed as a terrorist organisation under the Terrorism Act 2000. The ruling reverses a February 2026 High Court decision that the ban unlawfully curbed free speech. Palestine Action has said it will challenge the ruling at the Supreme Court.
