Democrats Projected to Win Back U.S. House on Midterm Night

US media outlets projected by 10 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday 3 November that Democrats would win back control of the U.S. House, Reuters reported. NBC News Decision Desk estimated the party would ultimately hold a 75-seat majority. Three networks made the projection, CBC reported.
