NBCUniversal and Hornbill Capital Co-Lead $80 Million Series C in Story TV Owner EloElo

NBCUniversal and Hornbill Capital co-led an $80 million Series C round in EloElo Group, owner of Indian microdrama app Story TV, Variety reported. A Series C is a later-stage outside funding round. It lifts EloElo's total funding to $130 million. EloElo plans to use the money for local-language originals, an overseas microdrama launch and Dolphin AI development.
