Dunedin councillor Benedict Ong does not retract claims city forests are being secretly sold

Dunedin councillor Benedict Ong has not retracted claims that the city's forests were being secretly put up for sale, missing a 5pm Wednesday deadline. He had been warned of a fourth complaint under the council's code of conduct, the rules for councillors' behaviour. In a Facebook post, Ong said complaints were being used against him.
