DoorDash Reports Only 'Several Hundred' Orders From AI Agents

DoorDash has received only "several hundred" orders in total from third-party AI agents, software acting for users, including those run by Muse, Instinct and Fo, CEO Tony Xu said on the third-quarter 2026 earnings call. Xu said users still predominantly order through DoorDash's own app. The company called agent ordering "a fairly low use case."
