DoorDash Gets Only 'Several Hundred' Orders From AI Helpers

DoorDash has received only "several hundred" orders in total from AI helper programs that place food orders for people, including ones run by Muse, Instinct and Fo, CEO Tony Xu said on its quarterly earnings call. Xu said most customers still order through DoorDash's own app. The company called ordering this way "a fairly low use case."
