Terry Sanders completes 33-minute documentary on CEELI and the rule of law

Filmmaker Terry Sanders has completed *On Rescuing Democracy and the Rule of Law*, a 33-minute documentary, Deadline reported on 30 October 2026. The film centres on CEELI, the pro bono (meaning unpaid) initiative formed after the Berlin Wall fell to help former Soviet Bloc countries rebuild their legal systems. Production was first reported in July 2024.
