Focus Features Acquires Rest-of-World Rights to The Sun Never Sets

Focus Features, Universal's specialty label, has acquired rest-of-world rights to Joe Swanberg's The Sun Never Sets, according to Deadline on 30 October 2026. The deal excludes Italy, Scandinavia, Portugal, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Universal Pictures International will handle international distribution for Focus. Rest-of-world means outside the United States and Canada, the domestic market.
