Freddie Thomas left out of Wales Nations Championship squad, says it fuels him

Gloucester lock Freddie Thomas says being left out of Wales' Nations Championship squad, the autumn international series, has given him extra motivation and a point to prove. Coach Steve Tandy picked the squad. Thomas, 24, has nine Wales caps. Team-mates Max Llewellyn, Dewi Lake and Jac Morgan were included. Gloucester visit reigning champions Northampton on Saturday, 17:30 GMT.
