Texas NAACP Joins Coalition Seeking to Stall Data Centers

The Texas NAACP has joined We the People Texas, a coalition of dozens of groups seeking to stop or stall data center construction statewide. Data centers are large server facilities. Its president, Gary Bledsoe, estimates the coalition includes as many as 1 million voters. Data centers have become a major issue in the governor's race and Senate contest.
