Spotify's potential bundling liability to MLC rises to EUR 538 million

Spotify says it could owe EUR 538 million (USD 619 million) if the Mechanical Licensing Collective wins its bundling lawsuit outright. The figure in its Q3 2026 SEC filing is up EUR 65 million from EUR 473 million in Q2. It excludes penalties and interest, and covers March 2024 to September 2026.
