Rudolph Schindler's 1926 Lovell Beach House is listed for sale at US$18.8 million, its first time on the market, ArtNews reported. The concrete house stands on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, California. The Lovell family owned it for 100 years. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2,741 square feet, about 255 square metres.
