Former Australian batter Usman Khawaja says he kept his rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks the joints, secret throughout his 88-Test career. Diagnosed at 22, he said he did not want anyone to use it against him. The account features in his autobiography Sabr, due out on 10 November.
