National plans to replace NCEA with reading, writing and maths system

The National Party says its plan aims to replace NCEA, the National Certificate of Educational Achievement, the secondary school qualification, with a new system focused on reading, writing and maths. The party said this in a Facebook video on Christopher Luxon's page on 21 October. No timetable has been set.
