Anthropic's Claude Duet runs approvals, logins and safety checks in its own cloud computer, a remote virtual machine, per the product page. The proactive agent keeps working while the user is away, pausing for sign-off before sensitive actions such as sending messages and paying. It is a research preview, open by waitlist to US Claude Pro and Max subscribers.
