New Mexico sues Epstein estate co-executors to halt payments
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez sued Jeffrey Epstein's co-executors, attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, on October 21, 2026. The suit asks a court to bar both men from accepting any payments from the estate. The co-executors, who co-administer the estate, have not been tried on the state's allegations that they knew of abuse at Zorro Ranch.
