GitHub is investigating degraded performance across Pull Requests, Webhook deliveries (automated event notifications sent to external services) and GitHub Actions, its CI/CD automation platform, per status page incident nms1dpzmh9d9, posted October 21, 2026. A 15:15 UTC update said Actions remained degraded and gave no root cause. The incident was not yet marked resolved.
