GitHub, a site where developers store and share code, is investigating slowdowns affecting code review requests, automatic alerts sent to other apps, and GitHub Actions, its automated task runner. Status page incident nms1dpzmh9d9, posted October 21, 2026, confirms this. A 15:15 UTC update said Actions was still slow and gave no cause. The problem was not yet marked fixed.
