New York publisher Catapult to be sold and wind down on 30 October

Catapult, a New York book publisher, is being sold and will wind down operations on 30 October, the Catapult Union confirmed to Publishers Lunch. The sale covers only the company's assets, meaning its property and contracts. Continued employment with the buyer is not an option, the union said. Catapult had not responded to a request for comment.
