At a Michigan town hall, Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed was asked to disavow the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamic political movement. He replied "Sure, yeah, absolutely," then asked, "What are you implying? Do you assume that I wouldn't?" Questioner Thomas Teepell, a former Josh Hawley aide, said "they're a terrorist group."
